FAQ

FAQs — Portable Toilets & Welfare Units

How often do portable toilets need servicing?

Construction sites: typically weekly per unit per 7 users. Events: depends on attendance and duration — wedding loos every 6–12 hours, festivals more often. We'll recommend a schedule once we know the use case.

Do you service welfare units with kitchens and showers?

Yes. Kitchen sink waste, shower greywater, and toilet cassettes — we empty all of it and refill clean water on the same visit if needed.

Can you do same-day service for an event?

Yes for weddings and one-off events with notice. Festival schedules are usually planned in advance. Short-notice slots cost a bit more but we'll always tell you the number before we move.

How quickly can you get to me?

Most non-emergency jobs across our coverage area are scheduled within the same week. Emergency callouts (overflowing tank, blocked drain, sewage backing up) are usually same-day — WhatsApp us and we'll route the nearest tanker to you.

Do you charge a callout fee?

No. The price we quote on the phone or WhatsApp is the price you pay, all in. We don't add hidden callout, fuel, or disposal charges after the job.

Tank's full? TankAway.
